The interior of Little Arches comprise of front and rear entrances, spacious lounge, dining room and conservatory, fully equipped kitchen with advantage of downstairs w.c.

Four bedrooms with internal locks on all doors and upstairs bathroom. Interlinked smoke detectors, fire doors and emergency lighting are situated throughout.

Outside: To the front of the conservatory is a paved patio area having shrub borders. A timber gate and courtesy light gives access to the front where there is an enclosed paved patio area with conifer tree surround.

To the rear of the property is a paved patio sitting area, where another gate giving access to a further patio sitting out area.
