Little Arches will be permanently staffed to provide the care requirements, individually assessed, for all four people. All staff have been carefully selected to provide a high standard of care and understanding. Sensitive to the needs of the individual.

Staff will follow an agreed care program which will be designed collaborative with people, relatives and staff prior to arrival.

Little Arches will also cater for persons with cognitive and challenging behaviour problems and their needs will be assessed on an individual basis.

It is our belief, that people with learning disabilities, should have the choice to live an independent life in the community, determining, how they wish to live their life, work and spend their free time.

Support and care will be provided from a twenty four hour staff cover, whose main aim will be to encourage people to develop their skills and abilities to their maximum potential.

The Home hopes to provide a family atmosphere, where people will have the confidence to make choices and decisions about how they wish their home to be.
